概述 Overview

俞飚课题组致力于具有重要生理活性的复杂寡糖、糖缀合物及其他天然产物的全合成、合成方法学及化学生物学研究。我们特别关注哺乳动物来源的糖胺聚糖、微生物来源的抗生素、植物和海洋生物来源的糖苷类化合物。 Our research group focuses on the total synthesis, synthetic methodology, and chemical biology of complex oligosaccharides, glycoconjugates, and other natural products with important biological activities. We particularly emphasize glycosaminoglycans from mammalian sources, antibiotics from microbial sources, and glycosidic compounds from plant and marine organisms.
